‘Back in 2012, I joined an agency after graduating from university.
I started my career as a 360-recruitment consultant, I literally got given a desk, PC, and landline telephone. Back when the only way to prospect was via picking up the phone and getting past the gate keepers on reception. Oh, how things have changed. After working my way up to management and growing a team I decided the best way for me to continue in my growth, and have the autonomy I desired, was to set up my own business. TeachTech Solutions was born in 2016.
I love to travel, if I could go away for months at a time, I would. One day 😊’

I now see my day-to-day work life as predominantly being responsible for ensuring the growth and wellbeing of the team. A happy team will always lead to strong partnerships and even happier candidates.

Leah Wallace
Digital Marketing & Business Support Lead
I started my role at TeachTech Solutions in May 2021, as a Business Support Officer and have now recently progressed to Digital Marketing & Business Support Lead. I am currently working towards my Level 3 Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing. I love the autonomy that my role gives me and all the learning I do along the way.
My role is varied and whilst I get stuck in to general admin tasks on a weekly basis, my passion is creating content for social media, providing reports and analysis on data & working on all things SEO for the business.
The TeachTech team is an amazing group of people to work with. As someone who loves to travel to new places a lot, I love how flexible and supportive the job is when it comes to annual leave.

I joined the team at TeachTech Solutions in October 2022 having been fortunate enough to have had Keshia as mentor since 2015, back when I was at secondary school in Portsmouth.
Upon joining as an absolute beginner to Recruitment I am now a confident recruitment partner responsible for ensuring candidates are supported throughout the recruitment process. I enjoy ensuring that everyone has a transparent understanding of the role requirements and needs.
My most favourite thing to do is travel. Anywhere and everywhere.

Having been made redundant during COVID, I was lost and didn’t know what to do next on my career trajectory. But then a chance meeting with Keshia led to me joining TeachTech Solutions in September 2021. Fast forward 2 years and it is fair to say, accepting this job was the best decision I have ever made!
I started with the team as a Recruitment Consultant and since then have progressed to Senior Recruitment Partner and have completed my certificate in Principles of Recruitment Practice. I enjoy the flexibility of my role and the ‘no day is the same’ element.
One thing I love about working with TeachTech Solutions is the team ethics. As a team, we don’t do the usual pub quizzes or track days, we do team building trips around Europe and enjoy rejuvenating spa weekends.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family and eating delicious authentic middle eastern food!
